Ways to tithe / contribute to the parish 1)  Using your pre-printed weekly contribution envelopes by placing your envelope in the collection basket during mass or dropping it off in the parish office.  2)  Sign up for Electronic Giving online [ACH Church Donation Form - Noted above] 3)  Completing an ACH form to have your desired amount contribution directly withdrawn from your financial institution by the parish on a regular basis.

FORMED:  There’s still time to take advantage of the “lazy, hazy days of summer”. Safe Environment Training - If you regularly participate in a parish ministry that involves Children and have not attended a Virtus session, please register for our class at www.virtus.org. Fulfilled - MONDAY MORNINGS FROM 9 A. M. to 11 A.M. HELD IN ST. STARTING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2019   Fulfilled explores the biblical roots of the Catholic Faith. It uncovers God’s consistent design for our worship of him and his relationship with us. Learn how the Old Testament Tabernacle can be used as a blueprint for the Catholic Faith and how Jesus fulfilled it in the New Testament. Part One focuses on the elements found in the outer sanctuary.       Please complete   REGISTRATION FORM and submit to OLMC Rectory with the Course fee of $35.00

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, Doylestown, PA -- PART TIME JOB Description for Coordinator of Youth Ministry POSITION SUMMARY:  The Youth Ministry Coordinator provides vision and coordination for the parish’s efforts in ministry to young people from 9th through 12 grades. This includes high school sessions twice monthly, periodic service activities, liturgy preparation and faith formation.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: (other duties may be assigned)   As a parish staff member the YMC will be responsible to:  (*) Communicate with parish at large about youth ministry activities via Sunday bulletin (*) Communicate with and seek staff input in planning youth ministry activities (*) Be a resource person to parish staff on issues related to youth and youth ministry.  (*) Serve as youth liaison with the pastor, clergy, parish staff and parish council.  For more information click here for a full description and qualifications for the roleOLMC PT JOB COORDINATOR OF YOUTH MINISTRY

CCD & OLMC School

CCD Registration Kindergarten thru 8th GradeAll CCD families, new and returning, are now able to register for the 2019 - 2020 CCD year electronically. A link is located on the parish website, www.ourladymtcarmel.org, under CCD.  First Grade is a requirement for Sacrament Preparation. • A Bapsmal Cerficate is required for all newly registered students. Sunday, September 2, 2019 - Labor Day Coffee and Doughnuts! Please come and join the Peace & Justice Ministry of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel for coffee, doughnuts, and fellowship at St. Mary’s Hall after the 8:00 a.m. Mass on Labor Day, September 2 — in thanks for all of the work that you do!

Tuesday, September 10th, 7 PM at St. Mary’s Hall - The Ladies of Mount Carmel invite:  All Women of the parish to our September Program and Meeting. This month we are Featuring Julie Henning telling her story “By God’s Grace”! Come and (right) is an Amerasian born in South Korea during the Korean War. At age 13, she was brought to America by Pearl S. Buck and raised as her daughter. Julie will take us on a journey from her Amerasian root to her life with the famous author, and finally into the family of God. Her truly compelling: rags to riches” story will challenge your heart as you see God’s sovereignty at work in the life of one of His children. Tuesday, October 15, 2019 - A Retreat Day Sponsored by The Ladies of Mount Carmel. You are invited to join Susan Brinkmann who will present an enriching retreat that will affirm, uplift and empower women to realize their inherent dignity as daughters of God and how to use their unique genius to bring healing and hope into the world! Our presenter is an award-winning Journalist, author and frequent guest on EWTN. She is Director of Communications at Women of Grace® and is a member of the Secular Order of Discalced Carmelites. Retreat will begin with Mass at 8:00 and end at 2 PM.
